Why your app may show missing data (and how to fix it before July 10)

What’s changing on July 10

All non-Tesla, software-only vehicle connections will be discontinued on July 10. Without action, you’ll stop earning rewards, lose your trip history, and forfeit any in-app streaks or benefits tied to continuous data flow.

We know hardware isn’t always the preferred option. That’s why we’re working on a new, improved software connection that is expected to resolve these issues and is set to launch later this year. This new version will also require a paid subscription and while the output should be comparable to the R1, using an adapter will always offer the highest level of performance possible.
